This intensive non-credit program is designed for people who wish to improve their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Small groups ensure that each learner receives individualized attention. Instruction focuses on language acquisition. Students follow textbooks from the “North Star” series, depending on their level. There is regular testing of the material, and students are expected to complete homework assignments, write book reports, and prepare for weekly oral presentations.
Total Duration: (20 hour/ week) - (10 weeks/ Level) - (5 Levels) + Test Preparation
Total Hour: 80 hour/ month + Free 5 hour/ week conversation class
Tuition fees:
200 C$/ week (for 1 - 4months course)
195 C$/ week (for 4 - 9 month course)
190 C$/ week (9 months course)
Note:
- The minimum registration duration is 5 weeks
- There is an extra 5 C$/week will be added to fees during Sep - Dec.

Note: If you are 16 / 17 years old you must have a legal guardian in Montreal. STAR will help you out if you don't have one.
