The Medical Office Specialist program readies you to work in a medical facility as an administrative professional. Administrative professionals are vital to the proper functioning of a medical facility and help to promote the welfare of patients and medical staff.

You will work independently and in small groups, and are encouraged to build new skills through collaboration, sharing, and hands-on learning.
Skills you will learn:
- Business software (Microsoft Office), patient billing systems, the Quebec Medicare system, and telecommunication tools
- Understanding the human body and medical terminology
- Business meeting organization, desktop publishing techniques, basic accounting procedures, and French language skills
